  • Batch neutralisation machine (CN)

We will describe you the two most common technical methods along with their advantages and disadvantages by a flow chart.

    Batch neutralisation plant

    Advantages and disadvantages
    • Conserves water: The resulting pure water can be recycled in the process.
    • Protects the environment: The waste water will not be conducted to the local sewer system.
    • Easy Handling: Can be handled partially, completely automatically or even manually.
    • Saves more energy:The process runs at room temperature.
    • The plant has a compact design.
    • Easy Maintenance, although more maintenance is required (Changing filters and electrodes)
  • Brüden vaporiser

    Advantages and disadvantages:
    • Low use of chemicals
    • No waste water in the sewer
    • The system runs completely automatically
    • High system availability
    • Faults can be resolved within 48 hours (in Austria, Germany)
